Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months.

• ASN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience with the following patient types: Diagnostics, interventional, femoral and radial approach, IFR, FFR, Balloon pumps

• Cath Lab, Critical care experience (ED or ICU).

• Balloon pumps, temp pacers

Required Credentials: ASN / BSN

Unit/Facility Details: Parking lot, free

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekends: Rotation

• On Call, Call Back Requirements: 8 am to noon Saturdays and Sundays for stress tests, TEEs and cardioversions

• Holiday Requirements: None

Floating Requirements: Only between rooms in the department and the pre-op area

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
