Speech-Language Pathologist (Per Diem)

About the Role:

As a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:

• Evaluate and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet residents' unique needs

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Provide education and training to residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and techniques

• Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, treatments, and progress notes

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in team conferences and meetings to discuss resident progress and revolving concerns

• Stay current with professional developments and best practices in speech-language pathology

• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to speech-language pathology services
