With opportunities for training, travel, and leadership development, we are committed to building careers—not just projects.Learn more about our team at ResponsibilitiesLead residential construction projects from plans and specifications through final punch listInterpret blueprints and organize crews to execute scopes of work efficientlyOversee daily jobsite operations to maintain productivity, safety, and qualityPerform and assist with framing, flooring, cabinetry, painting, trim work, window, and door installationCoordinate schedules, jobsite progress, and updates through project management systemsCommunicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, internal staff, and clientsIdentify and resolve jobsite challenges through strong decision-making and problem-solvingMaintain clean, organized, and safe worksitesTrain and mentor field team members to strengthen crew performanceRepresent JJL Design & Build professionally with clients and project stakeholdersSupport project scheduling, material coordination, and workflow planningQualifications7+ years of hands-on residential construction experienceProven ability to lead crews and manage residential jobsite operationsStrong experience in framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, flooring, and trim workAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprintsExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with construction management software or willingness to learnHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay: $35 – $45+ per hour based on experienceYear-End Bonus ProgramSafety equipment providedCompany uniformsOnsite training and mentorshipEmployee recognition programs and rewardsCompany events and team-building activitiesOpportunities for leadership advancement as the company growsWork ScheduleFull-TimeMonday – ThursdayTypical schedule: 10-hour workdaysWork LocationOn-site residential construction projects based in Safford, AZ and surrounding areasSome travel may be required for certain projectsPer diem is provided for travel assignmentsEqual Employment Opportunity StatementWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
