Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLP or SLPA license for Virginia or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcomed
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Capable of managing a varied caseload independently and collaboratively
• Passion for supporting the academic and social success of students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students, addressing speech, language, and communication needs
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student progress
• Monitor and report on student outcomes, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered environment
