What’s a typical day as Production Assembler? You’ll be:

• Assembling mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and/or electrical/electronic systems to create subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units.
• Using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Fitting, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts and mechanisms to meet strict tolerances and product operating requirements.
• Repairing units or products that have failed to meet requirements.
• Following detailed procedures, instructions, and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
• Making straightforward decisions based on established solutions and guidelines.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are comfortable performing manual, routine assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Can follow clearly defined rules, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Possess basic technical knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training (preferred, but not required).
• Enjoy working as part of a team and have a strong attention to detail.
• Are available to work 2nd or 3rd shift as assigned.
