Fiesta Auto Insurance is hiring motivated individuals for an in-office Insurance Sales Representative position. This role combines customer service, insurance sales, customer follow-up, policy servicing, and local marketing.

This is not a traditional desk or administrative position. Team members are expected to speak with customers, recommend products, work toward sales goals, follow up with leads, and contribute to office growth.

Insurance experience is not required. We provide paid training and support qualified candidates through the insurance licensing process. However, applicants must be comfortable working directly with customers and in a performance-based sales environment.

Compensation and opportunities include a guaranteed hourly base pay, earning $55,000 - $100,000+ annually, commission and performance bonuses, a $1,000 retention-based hiring bonus opportunity; restrictions apply, weekly direct deposit, paid insurance training and licensing support, opportunity to become a certified tax preparer and earn additional commission during tax season, and career advancement opportunities.

Key responsibilities include assisting customers with insurance quotes, purchases, payments, renewals, and policy changes, educating customers about available insurance products and recommending appropriate coverage, asking for the sale and working toward individual and office performance goals, following up with potential customers, previous customers, and existing policyholders, building long-term customer relationships and generating referrals, supporting local marketing, promotions, and community outreach, completing daily office, documentation, and customer-service responsibilities, maintaining accurate customer and policy information, and contributing to a professional, energetic, and goal-oriented office environment.

What we are looking for includes strong communication and customer-service skills, comfortable discussing prices, recommending services, motivated by goals, commissions, bonuses, and career growth, reliable, professional, organized, and able to follow established procedures, comfortable making outbound follow-up calls, able to handle rejection and remain productive, willing and eligible to obtain a California Personal Lines Insurance License. Fiesta will provide training and support through the licensing process, reliable transportation, valid work authorization, high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual English and Spanish preferred, sales, retail, restaurant, call-center, banking, collections, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred, and applicants must successfully complete a background check as part of the insurance licensing process. The background check may include a review of felony and misdemeanor convictions.

Schedule requirements include this is a full-time, on-site position. Applicants must have availability within the following office hours: MondayFriday: 9:00 a.m.7:00 p.m. SaturdaySunday: 10:00 a.m.4:00 p.m. Weekend and holiday availability may be required. Actual shifts are assigned based on business and staffing needs.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, working toward goals, earning commission, and helping grow a business. It is not an administrative-only, remote, or low-customer-contact position.
