About the Position

Locums Neurology Nurse Practitioner in Greenville, North Carolina - No Call, 7 On 7 Off

Work a structured 7-on, 7-off inpatient neuroscience schedule with no call and hands-on critical care procedures for adult patients.

Highlights

• No call responsibilities
• 7-on, 7-off block scheduling
• Approximately four patients per provider per day
• 24/7 physician and advanced practice coverage

Practice & Cases

• Adult inpatient neuroscience care with approximately 20 beds
• Diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation planning for neurologic disorders
• Approximately two admissions per day across the service
• Procedures include arterial lines, central lines, lumbar punctures, and ventilator management

Schedule

• Seven consecutive shifts followed by seven days off
• 12-hour shifts
• Night coverage beginning with recurring blocks

Requirements

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
• Active North Carolina license required
• AHA BLS and ACLS required
