Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Grandview Psychotherapy Services, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples, focusing on shared goals and challenges while also providing individual sessions to each partner.

• Assess and manage complex family dynamics, addressing issues such as alcoholism, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitate discussions that aim to resolve conflicts among family members, helping to reconcile differences and enhance relationships.

• Provide targeted interventions for families going through challenging transitions, including separation or divorce, blended family adjustments, and job-related stress.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that help improve clients' mental health and relational functioning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will provide care for individuals dealing with issues ranging from emotional distress and psychological disorders to family conflicts and relationship challenges.
