Construction Project CoordinatorPosition at First CashFort Worth, TXWe are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects. This role serves as a critical link between the design team and field operations, ensuring project drawings, documentation, schedules, and communications are accurate, organized, and aligned with project objectives.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.Assist in resolving project issues and maintaining workflow efficiency.Design CoordinationDevelop, revise, and maintain construction drawings and plans.Interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings and translate them into detailed construction documents.Verify drawing accuracy and ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and applicable codes.Manage drawing revisions and maintain current project records.Documentation & CommunicationMaintain and organize project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, permits, change orders, and project correspondence.Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and progress updates.Serve as a liaison between office personnel, project managers, and field teams to ensure effective communication and information sharing.Quality Control & ComplianceAssist in ensuring construction activities are performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.Support site inspections and quality assurance efforts to verify compliance and identify potential issues.Help maintain project documentation related to safety, quality, and compliance standards.Minimum Requirements & QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in construction project coordination, drafting, or a related field.Solid understanding of construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and building processes.Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms is preferred.About FirstCash Holdings, Inc.FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is the leading international operator of pawn stores and a premier provider of technology-driven point-of-sale payment solutions, both dedicated to serving cash- and credit-constrained consumers.With over 3,000 pawn stores across 29 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and Latin America—including Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, and El Salvador—FirstCash offers a diverse selection of pre-owned jewelry, electronics, tools, appliances, sporting goods, musical instruments, and more.
