Qualifications Strong knowledge of desktop support, hardware, software, and networking concepts. Experience with system imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Active Directory, Citrix, and enterprise IT environments. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, peripherals, and networking issues. Manage and resolve IT service desk tickets by prioritizing based on business impact. Install, configure, and image computers; deploy software and business applications. Set up and support printers, peripherals, and network devices. Perform user data migration and profile transfers during system upgrades or replacements. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring timely communication with end users. Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and data center teams to resolve technical issues. Support account management activities (Active Directory, email, NCID, Citrix, etc.). Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
