XPO is Now Hiring Pre-Made CDL-A Team Drivers in Charlotte, NCEarn $0.974 per Mile, Split - Drop & Hook Freight4 Days on/3 Days Off - Dedicated Routes Top Pay & Benefits: Mileage pay rate of $0.974 per mile, split Hourly pay of $35.42 will be provided for enroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays Typical schedule is 4 days on, 3 days off 4,200 - 4,500 miles per week Full health insurance benefits available on day one 401(k) with company match No-touch and in-house freight What to Expect: As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in 2023-2026 built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you’ll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of 4 days on the road, followed by 3 days of well-deserved time at home. Schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions. Have a valid Class A commercial driver’s license Must have 3 months of experience Be a member of a pre-made team.
