El rol se enfoca principalmente en tomar key art, sistemas visuales y campañas existentes y extenderlos a múltiples formatos y canales, manteniendo siempre un alto nivel de craft y consistencia.

Qué harás
- Adaptar key art y sistemas visuales a distintos formatos y canales.
- Diseñar piezas para social, digital, retail, OOH, presentaciones, activaciones y otros medios.
- Mantener consistencia visual a través de grandes volúmenes de entregables.
- Trabajar de cerca con diseñadores y directores de arte de Bakery.
- Preparar archivos finales para producción.
- Manejar múltiples proyectos y deadlines simultáneamente.
- 2–5 años de experiencia en diseño, idealmente en agencia o estudio. Preferimos aplicantes con experiencia en agencias o estudios Norteamericanos.
- Portafolio sólido de diseño gráfico y brand design.
- Excelente manejo de tipografía, composición, color e imagen.
- Dominio de Adobe Creative Suite y Figma.
- Rapidez, organización y mucha atención al detalle.
- Capacidad para trabajar dentro de sistemas visuales establecidos sin perder calidad.
- Inglés profesional es un plus.
