Why You Want This Job

As our HR Programs Project Manager, you'll manage the planning and execution of programs that touch associates across 1-800 Contacts, from engagement and performance to wellness, charitable giving, and the HR tools that support them.

We're looking for someone who can take a goal, build a plan around it, bring the right people together, and keep the work moving. You'll have plenty of partnership along the way, but you'll also be trusted to manage your priorities, spot problems early, and figure out what needs to happen next.

What You'll Do

• Run HR programs from start to finish- Build project plans in Monday.com, manage timelines and details, coordinate stakeholders, anticipate roadblocks, and keep deliverables on track.
• Keep a lot of plates spinning- Manage multiple programs, deadlines, vendors, surveys, systems, communications, and partners at the same time while keeping the details straight.
• Build and manage surveys- Support the development, setup, launch, and reporting of associate surveys, including our employee engagement survey and other HR feedback initiatives.
• Make our programs better- Look for ways to simplify processes, improve the associate and manager experience, automate manual work, and make recurring programs easier to run each time.
• Use technology to work smarter- Look for thoughtful ways to use AI, automation, monday.com, and other tools to streamline workflows, organize information, and improve how work gets done.
• Know whether it's working- Track participation, adoption, completion, feedback, and other program metrics to help us understand what's working and where we should improve.
• Be a great partner- Work across HR and with teams like Finance, Legal, IT, and Internal Communications, as well as external vendors, to keep work aligned and moving. You'll also support internal communications tied to the programs you manage, but you don't need to be a professional writer to be successful in this role.

What You'll Need

• Experience managing projects or programs with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and moving pieces.
• Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to prioritize your workload and keep multiple initiatives moving at once.
• Comfortable taking ownership of your work and figuring out the next step without needing every detail mapped out for you.
• Confidence working with technology and an interest in using AI and automation to make work more efficient.
• Clear, effective communication and the ability to build productive relationships, ask good questions, and keep partners aligned.
• A continuous-improvement mindset and an eye for smarter, simpler, or more effective ways to work.
• Sound judgment and discretion when working with sensitive associate, performance, compensation, and engagement information.

• HR or People program experience is preferred!
• Hands-on experience using project management tools like Monday.com to build plans, manage workflows, track progress, and keep stakeholders accountable.
• Experience with HR platforms and survey tools is a plus!
