Additional Information About the Role St. Louis Children's Hospital Foundation partners with philanthropists to deliver world-class pediatric care at St. Louis Children's Hospital, to understand, treat and prevent childhood disease through research and to provide impactful health outreach throughout the St. Louis community. The Foundation raises funds through well-developed, comprehensive efforts including annual, major, planned and corporate/foundation giving, as well as special events.
This role plays a critical role in facilitating growth of our analytics program and increasing the data literacy across the Foundation. This position will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues throughout the organization to help them make data driven decisions by completing ad hoc analyses and owning our reporting services. Hybrid opportunity- candidates should live in the Greater St. Louis area.

Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose This role will be responsible for ensuring Foundation staff have the data, systems and process support they need to execute their roles. They will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of these systems, along with providing the appropriate training regarding their use. The role is the subject matter expert in key data and process platforms being used to support these efforts. These systems include, but are not limited to, Raiser's Edge, Granted GE, Smartsheet and SharePoint. Responsibilities

- Responsible for the execution of accurate, timely and formatted reports.
- Acts as the "power user" for our systems of record, as well as process management and information storage platforms, building and managing processes/systems/forms, as needed.
- Aligns and maintains data and information across our platforms, ensuring strong data integrity and consistency.
- Trains staff on how to use our key databases, systems, and processes.
- Collaborates with staff to build and maintain relevant dashboards, workflows, and reporting queries.
