Territory Manager

Territory ManagerAs a Territory Manager, you will develop the Southern Iowa territory, providing market insights and strategic direction to support achievement of goals. You will deliver sales and service targets aligned with Regional, Zone, and National goals.You will report to the Sr. Regional Sales Manager while building relationships with main accounts, including dealerships, regional MSOs, and independent collision centers.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve annual sales targets, including growth and key goals, while managing costs, receivables, and expenses within plan.Develop an understanding of customer needs, regional market dynamics, and PPG business strategies.Increase sales of PPG Refinish products, including paint systems and related materials, through distribution channels.Manage and strengthen distributor relationships, including sales performance, training, and account management.Provide expertise in collision center and fleet operations, supporting improvements in profitability, cycle time, and operational efficiency.Use data and analytics to guide decision-making and improve customer outcomes.Collaborate across teams to maximize market potential and deliver consistent customer experience.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of successful sales experience with a track record in consultative selling.Automotive refinish or related industry experience.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 33% overnite travel).Strong experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.Salary Range: $75,000 – $120,000 annually Incentive: Sales Incentive Bonus plan eligibleAbout us: PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLDThrough leadership in innovation, sustainability and color, PPG helps customers in industrial, transportation, consumer products, and construction markets and aftermarkets to enhance more surfaces in more ways than does any other company.
