Job Description:

• Manage the enterprise AI governance program plan, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.
• Assess current-state AI governance capabilities and identify gaps and priorities.
• Coordinate development and implementation of governance processes, standards, procedures, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate execution of AI governance workstreams and implementation activities.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, action logs, decision logs, and risk and issue trackers.
• Track deliverables against agreed timelines and follow up with owners to ensure completion.
• Identify schedule risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate development and implementation of AI governance processes, procedures, templates, and supporting documentation.
• Support development and maintenance of AI intake, review, approval, exception, and documentation processes.
• Coordinate updates to governance workflows as requirements evolve.
• Track governance process performance and service-level expectations.
• Support the ongoing operation and maturity of enterprise AI review and approval processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and continuously improve governance activities.
• Coordinate AI governance activities across Security, Privacy, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Technology, Data, Risk, and business functions.
• Facilitate working sessions and governance reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure existing enterprise policies, standards, controls, and governance processes are appropriately incorporated into the enterprise AI governance approach.
• Drive cross-functional decisions and escalate unresolved issues as appropriate.
• Maintain strong working relationships with governance and control functions across the organization.
