Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days — Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a daily caseload of approximately 10–12 patients
• Perform patient lifting and transfers in accordance with established safety protocols
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records using the facility's EMR system
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Float to other units or campuses as needed based on census demands, performing only tasks within demonstrated competencies

Required Qualifications

• Active state Physical Therapist licensure issued by the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or PT Compact Commission
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Demonstrated lifting and patient transfer skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience with EPIC EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting
• Familiarity with high-volume outpatient caseloads
