Implement evidence‑based interventions to help patients achieve rehabilitation goals. Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient‑centered care. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies. Maintain a safe and organized environment and equipment. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program. Active PT license in the state of practice or eligibility for multi‑state licensure (licensing assistance provided). Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong skills encouraged. Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and patient populations. Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Passion for patient‑centered care and willingness to travel for new assignments. Additional Information Start date: ASAP.
