What We’re Looking For As a System Administrator, you will support the implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of enterprise IT systems and infrastructure. You will manage day-to-day system operations across client/server, storage, network and mobile environments while ensuring reliability, performance and availability of mission‑critical systems. What You’ll Do Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support, including problem identification, diagnosis and resolution Manage daily configuration, operation and monitoring of IT systems Troubleshoot and resolve issues across server, network, storage and mobile devices Support escalation processes and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership Assist users in accessing and utilizing IT systems Configure and manage UNIX, Linux and Windows operating systems Install, update and enhance operating systems to improve system performance and reliability Maintain system integrity and configure network components Perform system optimization, capacity planning and resource utilization analysis Analyze and resolve complex issues involving hardware, applications and software integration Support system design, mission architecture and associated hardware Apply knowledge of system interdependencies within Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments Support dispatch systems and hardware troubleshooting through resolution This position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI+FSP Security Clearance . Qualifications What You’ll Need US Citizenship TS/SCI + Full Scope Polygraph Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline Minimum 15 years of experience as a System Administrator supporting programs of similar scope, type and complexity Strong experience with VMware and Linux environments Experience configuring and managing UNIX, Linux and Windows operating systems Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system, hardware and integration issues What Will Set You Apart Experience supporting mission‑critical or government environments Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide detailed feedback on escalated issues Experience with system optimization, capacity planning and performance tuning Familiarity with Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts and system interdependencies Our Culture Great people are the foundation of any great company.
