Maternal Fetal Medicine

The UAB Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology is opening a replacement faculty position to strengthen its Maternal Fetal Medicine portfolio. The role is for an Open Rank/Open Tenure earning faculty applicant with an MD or PhD at any rank. The primary focus is research advancing women’s health in the area of Maternal Fetal Medicine, while also engaging in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows.

The UAB Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology ranks 10th among NIH‑funded Ob/Gyn programs, and the institution overall ranks 22nd. The Department is committed to expanding research, education, and implementation in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
