Aerie - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You bring a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your base, you also support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You are a go‑getter when it comes to effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You maintain the Stockroom efficiently and productively, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized. You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to correct them. You help teammates complete non stock‑related tasks and assist guests whenever needed. You prioritize safety standards in both the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, following Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Passion for AE and Aerie products. Strong organization, attention to detail, and priority‑setting skills. Flexible availability: early morning, late evening, weekends. Previous experience in a stock‑related role.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion. Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part time or full time / exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
