What You'll Be DoingAs a Prep Cook / Line Cook at Happea's, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing ingredients and ensuring all items are fresh and ready for service.
- Cooking menu items to perfection while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Following recipes and kitchen procedures to meet Happea's standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Assisting with inventory management and food storage.
We’re searching for someone with the following qualifications and skills:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role (prep cook, line cook, or related position).
- A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A passion for food and a commitment to delivering top-notch meals.
- Dependability and a positive attitude.
