What you will enjoy doing:

• Process sales orders using the material requirements planning database system
• Provide customers with pricing, availability, order status and product information
• Assist in resolving customer order issues and inquiries
• Ensure adherence to department procedures and customer purchase order requirements
• Maintain compliance with export and accounting procedures
• File and manage invoices, purchase orders, export documents and related records

What makes you great:

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience
• Experience working with material requirements planning systems (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills, including professional and positive phone presence
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
