Concord, NH, United States | req29859 What you will enjoy doing: Process sales orders using the material requirements planning database system Provide customers with pricing, availability, order status and product information Assist in resolving customer order issues and inquiries Ensure adherence to department procedures and customer purchase order requirements Maintain compliance with export and accounting procedures File and manage invoices, purchase orders, export documents and related records What makes you great: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience Experience working with material requirements planning systems (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft Office Strong communication skills, including professional and positive phone presence Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Why you will love working with us: Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
