Position Overview: The Registered Nurse – Cardiac Telemetry provides specialized care for complex cardiac patients in a 39-bed unit, focusing on advancing cardiovascular skills and supporting innovative programs such as LVAD and Heart Failure. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with healthcare team members. Build expertise in telemetry and cardiovascular care through hands‑on experience and specialized training. Participate in shared governance, contributing to decisions impacting patient care and work environment. Engage in mentorship and professional development opportunities, with leadership support. Utilize evidence-based practices and demonstrate compassion to guide patients through their health journeys. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Current RN licensure in the appropriate state. One year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
