Shift Lead

Shift Leads Responsibilities Perform all duties that Team Members do, with additional responsibility for ensuring a smooth-running shift. Assist in ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, and other duties as required or assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be authorized to work in the US. Restaurant experience preferred. Working Conditions Position requires being able to see, hear, and speak verbally and audibly. Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop, and kneel. May work outside in various weather conditions. May work on a computer for extended periods, including extended screen time, mouse usage, keyboard use, and arm reaching. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair performance. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
