About the PositionsWe are hiring dependable individuals for Janitor and Janitor Lead positions at multiple client locations. Schedules, hours, and pay vary based on the needs of each location.
JanitorResponsible for maintaining clean, safe, and orderly facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and maintain floors.
- Clean and restock restrooms and common areas.
- Empty trash and remove debris from facility areas.
- Clean furniture, fixtures, windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE and use of safety signs.
- Report maintenance concerns, complete work orders, and communicate site needs to management.
- Assist with additional cleaning or project work as needed.
Responsible for leading janitorial staff while performing and overseeing cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and guide janitorial team members.
- Coordinate daily cleaning tasks and monitor work quality.
- Perform and oversee general cleaning and floor care.
- Conduct inspections and communicate site needs to management.
- Monitor supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Ensure team members follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Report maintenance issues, incidents, and other concerns to management.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is required to perform the essential functions of this position, including receiving instructions, coordinating work, and communicating with team members and management.

- Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.
- Janitor Leads: Leadership, communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Schedules may range from 2–7 days per week , with shifts generally between 3:00 AM and 12:00 PM . Compensation varies by location and position.
Employees must follow all company safety procedures, including proper PPE usage, safety signs, and equipment procedures.

- Limpiar y abastecer los baños y áreas comunes.
- Vaciar la basura y retirar residuos de las instalaciones.
- Limpiar muebles, accesorios, ventanas, espejos y otras superficies.
- Operar de manera segura equipos de limpieza y utilizar productos químicos de limpieza.
- Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad, incluyendo el uso adecuado de EPP, conos y señales de seguridad.
- Informar problemas de mantenimiento, completar órdenes de trabajo y comunicar las necesidades del sitio a la gerencia.
- Ayudar con trabajos adicionales de limpieza o proyectos cuando sea necesario.
Responsable de dirigir al personal de limpieza mientras realiza y supervisa las tareas de limpieza.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Dirigir, capacitar y orientar a los miembros del equipo de limpieza.
- Coordinar las tareas diarias de limpieza y supervisar la calidad del trabajo.
- Realizar y supervisar tareas generales de limpieza y mantenimiento de pisos.
- Realizar inspecciones y comunicar las necesidades del sitio a la gerencia.
- Supervisar los suministros, equipos e inventario.
- Asegurar que los miembros del equipo sigan los procedimientos de seguridad y las políticas de la compañía.
- Informar problemas de mantenimiento, incidentes y otras situaciones a la gerencia.
- La capacidad de comunicarse eficazmente en español es necesaria para realizar las funciones esenciales de este puesto, incluyendo recibir instrucciones, coordinar el trabajo y comunicarse con los miembros del equipo y la gerencia.
- Ser responsable y confiable.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y como parte de un equipo.
- Gran atención a la limpieza y los detalles.
- Capacidad para seguir procedimientos y normas de seguridad.
