Quality control specialist

job summary:
Join Our Client, an industry leader in life-saving innovation! We're hiring a Quality & Regulatory Specialist. Remote Work. Requires a Bachelor's degree & 2-4 years customer-facing medical device/clinical quality experience.

• Provide front-line support for internal and European external customers regarding quality and regulatory inquiries, issues, and complaints.

• Manage first-level email queue triage, swiftly identifying duplicates and escalating urgent quality or regulatory concerns according to guidelines.

• Facilitate customer audit requests by coordinating on-site and remote audits with Plant Quality and ensuring all required agreements are in place.

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and key internal departments-including Quality, Regulatory, Sales, and Customer Service-to drive customer satisfaction.

• Support ongoing Quality and Regulatory Services (QRS) projects, daily priority workflows, and operational processes for Our Client.
