Senior accountant

We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Downtown Orlando. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned accounting professional who thrives on accuracy, process improvement, and supporting business growth in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate brings serious technical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle complex accounting tasks while partnering with leadership on financial insights and reporting.

salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and financial system improvements.
• Review accounts payable/receivable and handle special projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide actionable financial insights.
• Mentor junior staff and streamline accounting processes.
