Retail Account ManagerLocation: Atlanta, GA and Surrounding AreasSalary: $75,000- $95,000/annually, based on experienceTravel: Remote Based, with occasional travel based on client needs.OverviewSignature Retail Services is seeking a driven, client-focused Retail Account Manager to lead national retail service programs within the home improvement and big-box retail space. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-savvy leader who excels at turning field insights, merchandising execution, and retail operations into measurable business impact. This is not a traditional Project Manager role—we are looking for someone who can take ownership of client accounts, drive execution, and identify opportunities to grow programs.Key Responsibilities:Client & Account LeadershipServe as the main point of contact for client accounts, building strong relationships based on communication, trust, and resultsUnderstand client goals, seasonal priorities, and KPIs, translating them into clear direction for internal teamsTake ownership of account performance, identifying opportunities to improve execution and expand programRetail Execution & Operational CoordinationPartner closely with operations, field leadership, and scheduling teams to ensure high-quality execution across large-format retail environmentsSupport program launches, resets, promotional initiatives, and continuity service cyclesManage escalations and resolve store-level issues related to merchandising, inventory, and complianceReporting, Analysis & InsightsMonitor execution quality, compliance, and performance through reporting and field insightsAnalyze data trends, retailer feedback, and POS indicators to identify risks and opportunitiesDeliver clear, executive-ready updates and insights to clientsRecommend actionable strategies to improve program performance and drive resultsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with client teams, vendor partners, and retail stakeholders to align on priorities and execution strategiesCoordinate with internal teams including reporting, training, and print/fixture supportSupport communication and alignment across all stakeholdersProgram Performance & GrowthTrack program performance against KPIs, timelines, and deliverablesIdentify opportunities to streamline execution and improve processesProactively recommend program enhancements, expansions, and value-added initiativesMinimum Requirements5+ years of experience in retail, account management, merchandising, or field operationsExperience in home improvement, hardware, building materials, or big-box retail environments strongly preferredProven ability to manage client relationships and drive program performanceStrong analytical skills with experience using data to identify insights and opportunitiesHigh proficiency in ExcelAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindsetWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based annual bonusRemote-friendly with travel as neededComprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and visionPaid time off401(k) with company matchA growth-focused culture within a high-impact, nationally recognized retail services organizationJoin Our Team!
