Position: High School Counselor Paramus High School Effective Dates: August 26, 2026 through June 30, 2027 Employment Terms: Tenure-Track 10 Month school year Eligible for health benefits Position is associated with the terms and conditions of the negotiated Agreement between the Educational Association of Paramus (EAP) and the Board of Education. Reports To: Principal and Supervisor of School Counseling Job Goal: To guide students through the critical transition to adulthood by providing comprehensive college and career planning, vital social-emotional and academic support, and by serving as a strategic advocate who ensures every student meets success.
