Shift Differentials:

• Evening Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM): +$2.00/hour
• Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM): +$5.00/hour

Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center (SHRC) is under new management. Our Skilled Nursing Facility has a full staff of dedicated leaders under new Administration and New Operations Management. This means, improvements in work/life, increased resources for our Patients, and people who care about the future of Shelton Health and Rehab.


SHRC is currently looking for qualified RNs to join our Nursing Program, and help lead our Team in 2026.

Job Summary

Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage nursing care delivery to the residents. Oversees other staff members in caring for those residents, follows the plan of care, and performs general nursing duties.

Essential Functions:

• Supervises nursing care to residents
• Complies with state and Federal Regulations
• Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Required: Current licensure in the state of employment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
