Floating Maintenance Technician – Lebanon/Nashville Market Home Base: Spring Hill Townhomes (Lebanon, TN) $28/Hour + Full Benefits + Growth Opportunities EPA Certification Required Brookside is seeking a skilled Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities throughout the Nashville market, with Spring Hill Townhomes in Lebanon serving as your home base. You’ll work alongside supportive teams across the market, helping maintain apartment homes, complete service requests, assist with unit turns, and ensure our communities remain safe and well‑maintained.
