Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor - On-Call Leader

Trinity Property Consultants seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead critical building systems and maintenance teams. You will drive cost-effective projects, oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, and ensure safety and reliability across properties. Role requires 8+ years in multifamily or hospitality maintenance, with expertise in two or more trades, EPA Universal Certification, and strong leadership. On-site work with on-call rotation and full-time hours.
