Commercial HVAC Project Manager
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
I'm currently working with a well-established commercial mechanical contractor in the Sioux Falls area that's looking to add an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys running commercial HVAC projects from start to finish and wants to be part of a company that's continuing to grow. If you're looking for long-term stability, a strong team, and the opportunity to make an impact, I'd like to talk with you.
Responsibilities- Manage commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and general contractors
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Order materials and coordinate equipment deliveries
- Track project costs and maintain profitability
- Conduct jobsite visits and support field operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project teams
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- 4+ years of commercial HVAC Project Management experience preferred
- Candidates with less experience who have the right attitude and potential are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing multiple projects at one time
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
