Harbor SLS in Scotts Valley, CA seeks a Lead Staff Home Support Specialist to supervise and support an 18-year-old woman in her first apartment. You’ll provide supervision, training, companionship, and crisis support in the home and community. You’ll coordinate schedules, maintain documentation, ensure safety, assist with daily living tasks, and advocate for person-centered goals as identified in the Individual Service Plan.
