Position: Outpatient Internal Medicine physician focusing on primary care for an adult population, primarily seniors in a community clinic setting. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient care with no night or weekend shifts, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Manage complex conditions, analyze treatment options, and develop individualized care plans. Foster strong patient relationships through extended consultations. Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers, including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Participate in a multidisciplinary team comprising nurses, behavioral health specialists, and pharmacists. Qualifications & Skills Medical license in Virginia, with ability to obtain/maintain it. Minimum 2 years of experience with senior patients; geriatrics fellowship preferred. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine. Ability to obtain US license if applicable. Compensation & Benefits Salary range of $220K-$250K, with potential total earnings over $300K including bonuses. Annual bonus based on quality metrics and sign-on bonus. 33 days off including holidays and CME.
