Job Duties

• Deliver dry van freight on local routes and return home daily
• Operate a CDL A tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
• Navigate city routes while maintaining on-time deliveries
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Secure and transport freight according to company and DOT standards
• Handle occasional light freight using a tailgate when required
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and driver logs
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delivery status, and any issues

Driving Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
• Experience driving in city environments required
• Strong backing and maneuvering skills
