Responsibilities
- Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for residents in a long-term care setting.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and update treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, therapy assistants, and physicians) to coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Ensure patient safety, adherence to infection control practices, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate clearly with residents and families about goals, progress, and expected outcomes.

Requirements
- Current active physical therapy license in North Dakota.
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting.
- Day shift availability.
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment starting 09/14/2026.
