Hospice Patient Care RN Manager
Heartland Hospice
Heartland Hospice seeks a compassionate Hospice Patient Care RN Manager to lead interdisciplinary hospice care for patients with life-limiting illness. The RN Manager oversees clinical operations, supervises nursing staff, ensures regulatory and quality standards, and coordinates individualized plans of care in home and facility settings. This role collaborates closely with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides to support pain and symptom management, patient and family education, and end-of-life decision-making. The manager mentors staff, supports professional development, and promotes a mission-driven, patient-centered culture focused on dignity and respect.
