Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader at our Tribeca store located at 125 Church Street, New York City NY 10007 , you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. You will also take pride in knowing that your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store.

• Pay rate: $16.50 - $17.50/hr

What will I do as a Shift Leader? Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their experience in our bakery Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating relevant information, monitoring production efficiency, ensuring team members adhere to company standards, and assisting in training and coaching Maintain a safe, clean working environment for guests and staff, adhering to safe food handling practices Manage cash handling and deposits Desired Skills and Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role Experience with Point of Sale systems Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and results-driven Ability to lead by example and motivate others Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Legally eligible to work in the United States Must be 18 years or older About us: Helping all candidates find great careers is our goal.
