Senior Configuration Analyst

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required. Manage product revision control and maintain the authoritative configuration baseline. Design and support documentation‑traceability workflows for manufacturing and engineering teams. Review, log, categorize, and track engineering changes against approved customer baselines. Analyze Technical Data Packages and notify impacted stakeholders of configuration impacts. Ensure CM and DM processes are fully compliant with contract, regulatory, and internal requirements. Lead change‑management activities from concept through product sustainment. Contribute to special projects and cross‑site initiatives that enhance T3 fidelity. Produce clear, concise communications and documentation for highly detailed, mission‑critical work. Mentor junior analysts and share best practices within the team. Basic Required Qualifications: Associate's degree with at least 10 years of Configuration Management-related experience. Experience with the application of CM-related policies, procedures and tools. Ability to understand and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), and drawings. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-disciplined teams. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Products (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Strong and accurate attention to detail. Business Acumen Self-starter and independent working attributes are essential. Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational and document management skills. Desired Skills: Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of professional experience. CM Certifications are preferred. Experience with Product Life cycle Management (PLM) systems. Experience with ERP, SharePoint, Windchill, JIRA, and/or Confluence. Configuration Management Principles and Applications SAE EIA-649. Familiarity with electronics manufacturing or design. Previous experience in a defense, aerospace, military, or logistics environment would be a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Donatech
