Network Automation Engineer

Seeking a skilled Network Automation Engineer with expertise in Python and network APIs, this full-time remote position will focus on designing and developing automation solutions, building integration pipelines, and mentoring junior engineers to enhance network operations. Key Responsibilities Design and develop network automation solutions using Python and various automation tools Build automation pipelines for configuration management and deployment across multi-vendor environments Implement network testing and validation processes, ensuring compliance and efficient workflows Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field Five or more years of network automation experience Strong Python development skills, including experience with Netmiko, NAPALM, and Nornir Deep understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing and switching Experience with modern network APIs such as NETCONF and RESTCONF
