Veterinary Technician Supervisor

Overview BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals. Now offering a Sign-On Bonus for qualified applicants! Pay: $26 - $40 / hour. This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system. The ideal candidate will be excellent at training and mentoring, have advanced veterinary skills, and possess excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Responsibilities Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge. Coach team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations. Work with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings. Organize training schedules for Technician staff. Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution. Provide feedback to leadership and work to develop performance improvement plans. Other related duties as assigned. Why BluePearl? Our passion is pets.
