Job Overview

We are seeking a Company Driver for our operations based in Obetz, OH, with plans for a future terminal in the same location. This position offers the advantage of using company-owned and maintained trucks at no cost to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Typically out for approximately two weeks at a time.
• Service routes across 47 states, excluding California.
• Avoid Northwest states during winter months when possible.
• Work is based on customer demand; no dedicated routes currently available.
• Collaborate with our logistics sister company to develop more dedicated opportunities.
• Engage in drop-and-hook operations with no-touch freight.
• Operate newer sleeper trucks from 2020 onwards.
• Maintain equipment in excellent condition.
• Option to take home equipment if secure parking is available.

Compensation and Benefits

• Detention pay of $25 per hour after two hours at the facility.
• Deadhead rates provided.
• Low mileage rates to ensure fair compensation.
• $200 per day for any breakdowns or maintenance while on the road.
• Maximum earnings of $1,000 per week.

• Dispatch is mandatory but offers flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of CDL A experience required.
• Applicants must be 25 years or older.
• Must be under 75 years of age due to insurance requirements.
• Less than one moving violation in the past two years on the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years.
