Responsibilities Essential duty is to support daily activities for all Aerospace departments Fatigue data input: Analyze LCF data, Lims data entry, and frame input Fatigue crack growth measurements – perform and develop improved process Run machining and testing equipment Project management/coordination Client communication Review and update current processes and equipment Develop new testing methods Excel template validation/creation Develop and maintain training manuals and TPM information Performing general duties in accordance with Element's internal procedures, quality as well as Health and Safety system Skills / Qualifications Enrolled in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or Materials Engineering college courses Hands‑on job Sound mechanical bias Self‑motivated with the ability to multitask, organize and work under the pressure of a busy commercial mechanical test laboratory Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills A team player attitude Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Company Overview Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
