We are seeking an experienced RN, energetic Director of Nursing DON that will take our facility to the next level. If you have a passion for working with the elderly and enjoy leading a strong team of knowledgeable and competent nursing professionals, we want you to come grow with us!

In this Director of Nursing DON role you will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operations of the Nursing Service Department. The successful candidate will ensure that the highest degree of quality clinical outcomes is maintained at all times in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Must have an active RN license in the state of TN

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a DON in skilled nursing
