Job Requirements:

• Valid license in the state of MA.

• Must be fully vaccinated per MA regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments as required.

• Conduct regular rounds to ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development.

• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the management team, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
