Upstream C&Q Lead - US, North Carolina - Long Term Contract Are you ready to make a real impact? What you’ll do: Serve as the commissioning and qualification (C&Q) lead for Upstream systems. Develop and optimize Upstream systems to meet operational and quality standards. Create Commissioning Test Plans that translate design intent into testable steps. Coordinate with the Automation Team to incorporate all automation functional testing. Collaborate with SMEs to ensure system requirements are accurately reflected in test plans. Develop Installation, Operational, and Qualification (IOQ) protocols. What you’ll need: Extensive experience advising on Upstream C&Q programs for large‑scale construction projects, with experience on projects ranging from $300M to $1B. Background in greenfield construction, ideally with drug substance biologics or similar industries (non‑Biologics / Pharma experience will NOT be considered). Strong knowledge of Upstream equipment C&Q documentation and process design. Experience with development, execution, and reporting for C&Q activities for Upstream equipment.
