Job Description We are currently searching for an experienced Field Service Engineer, who will be responsible for activities involving installation, engineering, repair, and upgrading of equipment and systems. We will consider entry-level, mid-level, and more experienced engineers and provide the appropriate challenge for your level of experience. Job Responsibilities Responsible for post-sales support to clients. Provide technical and operational training, test, adjust, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and install CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining equipment, peripherals, and upgrades. Plan and coordinate activities concerning installing, repairing, and upgrading equipment, investigating and resolving customer reports of technical problems, and eliminating future operational or service difficulties. Work both independently and as a member of a team coordinating work activities and priorities. Examine machinery, components, and work orders and converse with equipment operators to detect equipment problems and determine whether mechanical or human errors contributed to the problems. Analyze all available information to determine root causes and recommend or complete repairs, upgrades, or other corrective actions. Advise management and factory engineers regarding equipment defects, customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvement.
