Job Overview

The Delivery Associate helps deliver customer packages safely and efficiently along an assigned route. The role commonly involves loading packages, driving a delivery vehicle, navigating between delivery locations, and confirming completed deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and organize packages for delivery.
Load packages into the assigned vehicle.
Follow assigned delivery routes.
Deliver packages to homes and businesses.
Use navigation and delivery applications.
Scan or electronically confirm completed deliveries.
Follow customer delivery instructions when applicable.
Follow safe-driving and package-handling procedures.
Communicate delays or delivery issues when necessary.
Return undelivered packages according to established procedures.
